Calling all new and seasoned speakers! Show off your latest XR prototype, go deep into the code, demo your XR art or your favorite shader. Are you interested in giving a session or organizing a workshop? Let us know!

Speaker.
- We will inform all speakers around November 1st whether their session has been accepted.
- We use Streamyard as our streaming platform.
- Streaming will work with any browser, no additional software required.
- Each speaker can attend a test session to test their equipment and setup before the event.
- There are no cost involved for speakers.
- We don not pay speaker fees since the event is free of charge for anyone to attend
- You do not have to be an experienced speaker. We encourage everyone in the community who has something to show to sign up!
- We provide speaker badges for social media
- We provide marketing around your accepted session(s)
- No template is required for your presentation slides. Introduction and sponsor slides are automatically added by us.
Session.
- All sessions will be broadcasted in HD to our YouTube channel.
- All sessions will be recorded in HD and made available on our YouTube channel for anyone to watch.
- Speakers can pre-record a session or do it live. We recommend being in the chat of the stream to answer any questions
- Sessions have a duration of at least 30 minutes and no longer than 40 minutes
- Each session has 10 minute Q&A
- We have a preference for sessions with demos and interaction.
- We accept sessions with up to 3 speakers
- We will do our best to plan your session in your time zone.
